Application:

1, The paint bottom ash on the new and old walls.

2, The paint bottom ash retreaded directly on the old surface (paint, tile, mosaic, stone and other smooth surface).

Operation Process:

1, The ratio: powder: water: additive=8: (2~2.8): 1(25kg? powder: 5kg water: 2.0kg additive).

2, The substrate surface should be firm, dry and clean, no grease, no wax, and other loose materials.

3, If the wall is too dry, wet the wall till there is no obvious water on the surface before operation.??

4, Pouring the water into the container, and adding the powder slowly, then stirring them into a uniform, no-powder and no- deposit paste. Using inserting tools to insert, making the second time 4~6h after the first inserting. Polishing the skim coat layer, control the thickness between 0.8~1.5mm.

5, During the inserting process, make sure it is even and has no flaws.

6, When finishing the putty layer, polish within 1~2 days according to the weather.

7, Can paste other coating 7 days after finishing the skim coat layer. But using anti-alkali base coat can shorten the time.

Technical Reference:

Normal Amount:

Thickness under 1.5mm, about 1.8~2.5kg/㎡.

Cautions:

1, Make sure the smooth and vertical rate of the surface before operation.

2, Never mix the dry slurry with water for second use.

3, The mixed skim coat should be used up within 3h.

4, Operating in the situation under 5℃~40℃, and never operate under rain.

5, After finished the skim coat layer, do the polishing within 7 days or it will be difficult for later polishing, maintaining for 2~3 days with water can get a better effect for the layer hardness.

6, For the uneven surface, suggesting dealing it with PB Base Skim Coat first.

Store Method:

Store in cool and dry place, unopened product can be saved for one year.
